Additionally, the Executive Chef will maintain productive vendor relationships to optimize cost control and food quality while managing the annual food and beverage budget alongside the Food & Beverage Manager.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Card Room work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Health and safety certifications
- 3-5 years experience in culinary practice and kitchen management
- Serv Safe Manager Certification

- 3-5 years experience in culinary practice and kitchen management

- Fluency in English
- Ability to cook a variety of American and Asian cuisine dishes

- Experience in food cost tracking and budget management
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen including menu development and ingredient ordering
- Establish line and prep recipes including portion standards
- Develop new menu items to attract and retain customers
- Recruit, train, supervise, and discipline kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Conduct regular line checks and monitor cleaning and pest control schedules
