Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • proven experience in kitchen management
  • strong leadership skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong communication skills
  • prior experience in a similar role preferred

Job Qualifications

  • culinary expertise in menu development food preparation and plating techniques
  • strong experience in kitchen management team leadership and staff training
  • proficient in managing inventory controlling food costs and maintaining supplier relationships
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices
  • exceptional organizational problem-solving and time management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • previous experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen is preferred
  • a culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus
