Job Requirements
- Recruit, train, coach, counsel, and discipline employees

- conform to Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) regulations and all codes and lease requirements
- maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment
- comply with all safety and sanitary legal regulations
- develop and implement disaster plans
- maintain security and sprinkler systems
- maintain parking lot, walkways, and exits
- maintain restaurant ambiance by controlling lights, music, linen, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement
- monitor food presentation and service
- update job knowledge through continuing education
Job Qualifications
- Displays a strong example and passion for our culture on every shift
- must complete management program in Success Factors
- at least 18 years of age
- food manager certified
Job Duties
- Achieve restaurant objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- review portion control and quantities of food preparation
- minimize food, paper (non-food goods) and labor waste
- execute accurate inventories on a regular basis
- conform to Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) regulations and all relevant codes, laws and lease requirements
- maintain sanitation standards and enforce safety regulations
- develop and implement disaster plans
- control restaurant ambiance including lighting, music, and table setup
- participate in continuing education to update job knowledge
