Currently, Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Chicago, IL. This role involves hauling auto parts in dry van trailers for a dedicated customer, ensuring timely and safe delivery. Drivers operate new automatic late-model Freightliner sleeper trucks equipped with modern amenities to enhance comfort and safety on the road. This opportunity provides a home weekly overnight schedule allowing drivers to enjoy regular time off with their families. The typical departure days vary between Sunday-Wednesday, Tuesday-Saturday, and Thursday-Monday, supporting a work-life balance with 4-5 days of work per week and consecutive days off.

Drivers will handle a mix of multi-stop routes and occasional shuttle deliveries across Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Missouri. An essential part of the role includes driver unloading at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack, which means physical activity and attention to safety protocols, especially with the requirement for hazmat certification. With an average of about 56 hours worked per week, drivers earn competitive pay based on activity — $.609 per mile and $25 per stop. This translates to average annual earnings ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, paid weekly to ensure financial stability.
