A restaurant in need of a Business Manager to oversee and execute business operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves leading personnel, managing finances, promoting company values, and handling all assigned duties efficiently.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in a team/shift leader position
- at least 18 years of age
- knowledge of employment law and Human Resources Practices
- food handlers' permit required
- valid driver's license with proper insurance coverage
- ability to read/write/speak English
- Spanish bilingual a plus
- strong team-building and leadership skills
- financial and analytical aptitude
- proficiency in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
