Job Description

Gravity Haus is a vibrant and community-driven adventure lifestyle brand that operates a unique blend of hotels, restaurants, and curated experiences designed to empower a modern way of travel. Focused on bringing locals and travelers together, Gravity Haus crafts spaces where guests can connect, refuel, and play, all inspired by the spirit of the outdoor lifestyle and intentional living. At the core of Gravity Haus’s mission are deeply held values: Keep Growing, Bring Others Along, Create Powerful Moments, Be "All-In" + Go the Distance, and Make it Better than You Found It. These principles guide the company culture, encourage meaningful growth, and inspire powerful guest interactions and community building.

Founded with a passion for adventure and community, Gravity Haus seeks to create ongoing, memorable experiences that resonate with its adventurous and socially conscious clientele. The company operates with a commitment to inclusivity, sustainability, and fostering a welcoming environment. This includes crafting spaces that encourage interaction and genuine connection, with a strong sense of hospitality and personalized service.

The Haus Experience Specialist F&B role is crafted for a friendly, adaptable, and service-driven individual eager to contribute to a dynamic, hybrid position where tasks include working within both the café and guest support areas. This position requires an energetic team member who enjoys variety and values meaningful interactions with guests. The role serves as the welcoming face of the property, responsible for preparing coffee and simple food offerings, serving beer and wine within regulatory guidelines, and assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries or support. The specialist ensures a seamless and warm guest experience through attentive customer service and operational excellence.

Given the hybrid responsibilities of this role, candidates need to be comfortable multitasking and swiftly switching between different tasks in a fast-paced environment. They must be tech-savvy or willing to learn new systems, such as POS and self-check-in tools, to efficiently process transactions and support guest needs. The ideal candidate will embody a natural warmth and hospitality, be detail-oriented, and maintain an organized and inviting café space.

This role is not only essential in delivering the high standards of service that Gravity Haus upholds but also in embodying the brand’s identity and values through daily interactions and operational duties. It offers a unique opportunity to work in a culture that promotes personal and professional growth, encourages active community involvement, and provides meaningful benefits and career development opportunities. Full-time employees enjoy comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and an All-In Gravity Haus Membership offering adventure perks like discounted stays, gear rentals, and wellness programming. Those who thrive in this position will be part of a passionate, growing team dedicated to making every guest experience better than the last.
