Job Description

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., a family-owned Christian-based company, is the largest franchisee of Hardee's restaurants in the United States. With a deeply rooted commitment to “believing in people,” Boddie-Noell thrives on creating opportunities and being a positive influence in the lives of its employees and customers. Operating within the fast-paced restaurant industry, they emphasize a team-oriented culture where managers lead by example and work alongside crew members, ensuring a smooth and effective operation of each Hardee's location. This approach fosters high morale and a shared commitment to quality and customer satisfaction across all stores. As a company, Boddie-Noell Enterprises values service, respect, integrity, and growth, providing team members with careers that are both personally fulfilling and professionally rewarding. This role promises not just a job, but an opportunity to thrive in a caring, dynamic workplace that values its people and offers space for advancement.

We are currently hiring exceptional Restaurant Managers for our Hardee's locations who are passionate about making a difference daily—not just for guests but also for the team members they lead. This position is integral in maintaining the highest standards of service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness while driving sales growth and profitability. The Restaurant Manager works closely with the Senior/General Manager and crew, operating the restaurant in the absence of senior leadership and playing a hands-on role in all operational tasks. This includes interviewing and hiring qualified staff, managing labor costs, scheduling shifts, training and developing team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The manager serves as a role model, embodying the company's vision and values, and works diligently to maintain a cooperative and harmonious working environment. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic leaders with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, able to create positive experiences for both staff and guests. Compensation is competitive, with weekly pay and a full suite of benefits that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and opportunities for bonuses and career growth within the organization. If you're looking for a vibrant, family-oriented workplace where you can develop your career and have fun while making a positive impact, then join our team at Boddie-Noell Enterprises and be part of an industry leader in the fast-food franchise sector.
