Founded on the principle of "We Believe in People," Boddie-Noell is dedicated to utilizing its resources to provide opportunities for its people and make a positive impact on communities wherever and whenever possible. With a strong emphasis on integrity, respect, and service, this company has built a reputation in the fast-food restaurant industry for fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. Boddie-Noell operates numerous Hardee's locations and is renowned for its commitment to employee development, community involvement, and delivering high-quality food and service.
The role of Restaurant Manager at Hardee's under Boddie-Noell Enterprises is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about leadership, guest service, and operational excellence. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, weekly payouts, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, among other perks. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing daily operations during the absence of the Senior or General Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service to guests while maintaining a strong focus on profitability and sales growth.
This leadership role requires an individual who can lead by example, working alongside crew members to motivate, train, and develop staff in a positive and respectful manner. The Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in scheduling staff to accommodate guest flow, controlling labor and food costs, and handling administrative tasks such as inventory control and cash management. A strong emphasis is placed on fostering a cooperative and harmonious working relationship among the management team and crew, using meetings, coaching, and feedback to maintain the highest standards of operation.
The company values personal integrity, a cheerful attitude, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of management experience, be at least 18 years old, and possess the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. Additionally, managers should demonstrate strong conflict-resolution skills and be flexible in working all shifts, including weekends. This role is perfect for individuals who love serving others and want to develop their career in a fun and flexible work environment with substantial opportunities for advancement.
Boddie-Noell Enterprises offers its employees more than just a job; it provides a nurturing workplace culture akin to a family, with programs like Helping Hands, which offers financial assistance to employees in need, and corporate chaplains to support personal and professional challenges. The company is committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant and the company. Veterans and individuals with previous military experience are especially encouraged to apply, reflecting the company's dedication to diversity and inclusion.
