The role of Restaurant Manager at Boddie-Noell, specifically for their Hardee's location in Churchland (2913), is crafted for dynamic leaders passionate about positively influencing guests and team members daily. This position involves hands-on management alongside crew members, reinforcing a management style that is cooperative, motivating, and participative rather than distant or passive. The company deeply values employee well-being by providing support services such as an employee assistance fund and corporate chaplains.
