Job Requirements
- must have valid south carolina state approved alcohol server training certificate
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- minimum 5 years experience as sommelier in a high volume restaurant or steakhouse
- good verbal and written communication skills
- previous experience as sommelier, wine steward, or hospitality role
- proven extensive knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- interest in continuing education
- certification in the court of master sommeliers is a plus

Job Duties
