This position offers a part-time, seasonal opportunity to join the culinary team as a Cook. Starting October 1, 2026, and continuing through May 31, 2027, successful candidates will work closely with the Executive Chef to prepare, season, and cook a variety of dishes in a high-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of culinary experience within a fine-dining or high-end setting, such as a resort, private club, or upscale restaurant. This role not only requires technical culinary skills but also a genuine passion for food preparation, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of culinary experience at a fine-dining restaurant, resort, or private club
- Ability to work part-time during seasonal periods
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Job Qualifications
- Six months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques

Job Duties
- Prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant
- Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the Executive Chef
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Comply with health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and report needs to the kitchen management
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
