We are currently looking to expand our BOH team with an energetic and dependable dishwasher who will take the lead in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen area.

This specific role is a Back of House Dishwasher position designed for individuals who are ready to contribute positively during late-night shifts from 7 pm to 3 am, with weekend availability preferred to support the busiest hours of operation. The position is not a chef or cook role, so no prior kitchen experience is necessary; what matters most is a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to maintain good vibes among the team. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, cooking utensils, and cookware, using both commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods. The role also includes answering the BOH phone occasionally, managing incoming customer orders and inquiries, which requires awareness of menu items and specials to provide accurate information.

Our dishwasher maintains an essential presence by ensuring that the kitchen maintains a hygienic and organized environment throughout the night. The role demands vigilance in monitoring dishwashing machines to ensure they function correctly and reporting any problems immediately. Beyond dishwashing, you will help support the overall sanitation of the kitchen by sweeping and power washing floors, cleaning walls and work surfaces, and assisting with closing duties that include sanitizing food preparation areas.
