We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Guest Services Supervisor/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and be instrumental in fostering a customer-focused environment. As the Guest Services Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for managing all front desk operations including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries. Your duties will include staff training and development, scheduling, inter-department communication, and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information. You will also be expected to manage departmental expenses within budget guidelines and assist in administrative tasks such as daily reports, bank deposits, and accounts receivables.

This role demands a person who can maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor, solving guest concerns efficiently while providing an outstanding customer service experience. You will guide your team in following revenue management procedures, handling cash and credit transactions properly, and maintaining room status communications in close collaboration with housekeeping and maintenance departments. Job Duties
