As a Guest Services Specialist in Valet at OSH, your responsibilities extend beyond typical valet duties. You will warmly greet patients and visitors, assist with luggage, and ensure vehicle safety through meticulous parking and key handling. Your role includes directing traffic and managing guest inquiries related to parking and hospital facilities, contributing to the seamless flow of hospital operations. This position is safety sensitive, requiring you to transport patients within the hospital safely and support patient registration and consultation processes. You will be essential in maintaining order and experience quality in the hospital parking areas and reception areas, acting as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
