Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Must work at least two holidays per year
- Ability to float to various information desks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting visitors with transportation and way-finding
- Conduct rounds in waiting rooms, inpatient rooms, Emergency Department, Outpatient and Surgery areas to identify needs and address complaints
- Monitor inventory needs for department equipment and supplies and place orders as required
- Oversee and train volunteers to ensure quality of service
- Deal calmly and courteously with upset or difficult visitors
- Solicit grievances and complaints from patients and family members and act as a liaison to resolve concerns
- Float to various information desks to assist patients and visitors
