We are currently seeking a Guest Services Representative for a part-time role averaging 18-24 hours per week, primarily during evenings and weekends. This position is crucial as it serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, members, volunteers, and guests at the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha. The ideal candidate will display exceptional customer service skills by greeting and welcoming everyone warmly and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. The Guest Services Representative will manage a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, handling cash and membership fees, maintaining records, and assisting with online registrations. This role requires a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
The Guest Services Representative will act as a liaison between guests and various internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and an efficient flow of information. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for following opening and closing procedures and entering information into the member tracking system to keep accurate and up-to-date records. This position demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, competence in computer applications, especially the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new software tools. Collaboration with staff, members, and volunteers is vital to creating a welcoming and friendly environment that supports the Club's mission of empowering youth in Kenosha. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all visitors, guests, and volunteers using a script and guide them to the appropriate area in the building
- Answer the Club phone using a script
- Administer and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Collect and record all program and membership fees
- Check online registration and migrate into member tracking system
- Manage guest requests and concerns promptly and with courtesy
- Maintain efficient and effective flow of information with guests and all internal departments
- Enter information from sports registration and membership forms into the member tracking system
- Follow opening and closing procedures
