The Bell Attendant position at Hyatt Regency Bellevue presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in the hospitality industry and thrive in a guest-facing role. As a Bell Attendant, you will be a vital part of the Guest Services team, delivering personalized assistance and ensuring that guests feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they arrive. This role requires close coordination with the Front Office and Valet teams to efficiently manage the transportation of guests' luggage and personal items to and from their rooms.

Beyond simply handling luggage, the Bell Attendant plays a key role in enhancing guests’ overall experience by providing local recommendations, casual conversation, and addressing special requests. You will act as a knowledgeable resource for hotel services, local venues, events, dining spots, and transportation options, serving as a helpful guide during the guests’ stay. Additionally, you will support the Concierge team by assisting with guest inquiries, directions, reservations, and other personalized services both before and after front desk hours.

This position offers an hourly starting rate of $22.50 and is ideal for candidates who are friendly, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that values attentive and effective customer service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible work availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred

  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby and bell area
