Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related field
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- clean motor vehicle record
- ability to pass background check
- availability to work flexible hours including financial close periods
- occasional travel as required
- ability to perform physical demands of valet duties
- effective communication skills
- proficiency with operational software
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- strong communication and customer service skills
- proven leadership and team-building skills
- experience with payroll management and scheduling
- ability to analyze financial reports and operational data
- proficiency in using operational software and personal communication devices
- flexibility to work varied hours and travel occasionally
Job Duties
- serve as the primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met while fostering open communication
- manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations at each location
- monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to identify trends and irregularities, working with the Regional Director on cost control
- recruit, train, and coach hourly associates, set clear performance expectations, and foster a positive work environment
- provide regular updates to management through reports on progress, challenges, and account needs
- actively involve staff in planning, decision-making, and process improvement while taking full responsibility for team performance
- perform valet duties when needed, including handling vehicles and luggage
