The role of Guest Services Associate/Concierge at Ram's Gate Winery is pivotal in shaping the guest experience. The Guest Services Associate is essential in managing reservations, welcomes, seating, member support, sales orders, shipping inquiries, and membership sign-ups, all while maintaining a calm, service-minded presence. Candidates must be adaptable, composed under pressure, and proactive in problem-solving, maintaining a collaborative team-oriented mindset. The role includes assisting with winery and membership events, supporting wine sales and membership engagement, and maintaining an inviting and organized reception area. This part-time to full-time hourly position offers a base pay range of $21 to $23 per hour. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, and participation in tasting room tip pools.
