Job Description

Ram's Gate Winery is a distinguished winery located at the picturesque Carneros American Viticultural Area (AVA), positioned where the San Francisco Bay meets Napa and Sonoma counties. Founded in 2011 by Proprietor Jeff O'Neill, Ram's Gate Winery is celebrated for its dedication to craftsmanship and respect for the land, producing fresh, expressive wines that reflect the diverse terroir of Sonoma County's most renowned vineyards. The winery sits on a 28-acre estate vineyard that has earned Regenerative Organic Certification, one of the highest accolades in sustainable agriculture. This certification highlights the winery's holistic approach to nurturing soil health, biodiversity, and ecological balance, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Alongside winemaking, Ram's Gate Winery offers a tasting room experience where guests can enjoy thoughtful hospitality, elevated culinary pairings, and a deep connection to the land and craft behind each bottle.

The role of Guest Services Associate/Concierge at Ram's Gate Winery is pivotal in shaping the guest experience. As the first and last point of contact, this position requires a blend of polished hospitality and precise operational skills to ensure each visit is warm, seamless, and thoughtfully curated. This role demands attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs to deliver effortless, elevated visits that embody the warmth and refinement Ram’s Gate is known for. Collaborating closely with the hospitality, culinary, and management teams, the associate ensures an exceptional flow of service and helps personalize every visit from arrival to departure.

The position requires an individual who is not only passionate about providing high-touch, personalized guest experiences but also capable of handling reservation technology and guest communication with ease. Candidates must be adaptable, composed under pressure, and proactive in problem-solving, maintaining a collaborative team-oriented mindset. This part-time to full-time hourly position offers a base pay range of $21 to $23 per hour. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, and participation in tasting room tip pools. Ram's Gate Winery values diversity and inclusion, providing equal employment opportunities without discrimination. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold California Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications, and pass background and drug screening. This role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute to a world-class winery dedicated to sustainability, hospitality, and memorable guest experiences.
