Hotel Eleo at The University of Florida, a member of the Pyramid Hotel Group family, is a vibrant collegiate property located in Gainesville, Florida. It features 173 stylish guest rooms, 1,200 square feet of meeting space, and a signature restaurant and bar that serves three meals daily. Known as one of the premier workplaces in the Gainesville area, Hotel Eleo blends contemporary design with thoughtful accommodations to offer guests an exceptional hospitality experience. At this property, the Guest Services team plays a critical role, and the company is seeking highly motivated individuals to join as Guest Services Agents. The role’s core mission is to create memorable first impressions for guests upon arrival and throughout their stay through engaging interactions. The Guest Services Agent warmly welcomes guests, assists with unloading their luggage, provides valuable information about the hotel’s amenities and local attractions, and ensures guests enjoy seamless navigation of the property. Key responsibilities include greeting guests with genuine enthusiasm, opening vehicle doors, escorting guests to the front desk for check-in, parking and retrieving vehicles on request, and accompanying guests to their rooms while sharing important details about the hotel. This position requires a dynamic personality, excellent verbal communication skills, and a passion for delivering personalized and outstanding customer service.
