The Front Desk Supervisor role at Drury Hotels is crucial in ensuring superior guest service and maintaining the hotel's operational excellence. Working under general supervision, the Front Desk Supervisor assists the management team by overseeing front desk and guest service positions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel occasionally
