Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Ability to give and take written and oral directions
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Ability to give attention to detail
- Willingness to perform various job functions including guest service and night audit
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Ability to travel as needed
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of Drury Hotels policies and procedures
- Ability to train, motivate, and inspire team members
- Knowledge of marketing and sales programs
- Experience handling money and making change
- Experience using office machines and technology
- Ability to perform duties of guest service agent and night audit
Job Duties
- Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
- Ensure Drury Hotels policies and procedures are communicated and followed
- Maintain high standards of integrity and positive leadership
- Motivate and inspire team members to exceed customer service expectations
- Assist with training guest service team members
- Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to guests
- Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive service attitude
