Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Ability to give and take written and oral directions
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Ability to give attention to detail
  • Willingness to perform various job functions including guest service and night audit
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Ability to travel as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Knowledge of Drury Hotels policies and procedures
  • Ability to train, motivate, and inspire team members
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales programs
  • Experience handling money and making change
  • Experience using office machines and technology
  • Ability to perform duties of guest service agent and night audit

Job Duties

  • Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
  • Ensure Drury Hotels policies and procedures are communicated and followed
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and positive leadership
  • Motivate and inspire team members to exceed customer service expectations
  • Assist with training guest service team members
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to guests
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive service attitude
