The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented attitude. They will manage guest wake-up calls, handle emergencies by coordinating with security or proper authorities, and maintain accurate records related to lost items or security incidents. Marriott prioritizes the safety and satisfaction of its guests, and as such, this position demands reliability, responsibility, and a commitment to high-quality service.

Marriott International offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work. With a mission to awaken curiosity and broaden horizons, especially under the W Hotels brand, the company fosters innovation and creativity while upholding a spirit of harmony and excellence in luxury hospitality. Employees benefit from supportive leadership, team camaraderie, wellness initiatives, and community engagement opportunities.

In addition to competitive wages, associates enjoy various employee benefits such as discounts on hotel rooms, gift shop items, food and beverage services, recognition programs, and more. Marriott also emphasizes equal employment opportunities and celebrates the diverse backgrounds and experiences of its workforce, ensuring a welcoming and accessible workplace for all.
