Job Description

The hiring establishment is a distinguished hotel brand recognized for delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding customer service and comprehensive amenities. As a reputable player in the hospitality industry, the company is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. With a strong emphasis on fostering a supportive and professional work environment, the hotel caters to a diverse clientele, offering a memorable stay through its well-maintained facilities such as concierge services, valet, pool, and spa operations. This establishment upholds brand policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellent service delivery across all departments.

The role of Guest Services Supervisor is a critical position designed to oversee and manage the guest services associates within the hotel. This position ensures that all guests' needs are met promptly and in a courteous manner, maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence. The supervisor is responsible for monitoring and mentoring the guest services team, ensuring adherence to company policies, and stepping in to resolve guest issues that front-line associates cannot immediately solve. Additionally, the Guest Services Supervisor oversees the smooth operation of the hotel lobby and related amenities, working closely with the General Manager to manage scheduling, inventories, and budgeting. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a focus on guest satisfaction to achieve high-quality service scores related to front desk and amenity services.

Successful performance in this role is measured by positive feedback and high satisfaction ratings from guests, which reflect the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of the guest services team. The supervisor maintains a cohesive and motivated team by hiring, training, coaching, and developing associates to uphold service excellence. This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
