This full-time role demands a hands-on approach, where individuals will be expected to perform duties such as setting and clearing tables, effectively communicating with kitchen staff, serving meals and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Staying on one’s feet and moving around throughout the shift is essential, encompassing standing, sitting, and walking on different surfaces, including sloping and slippery areas.

In addition to physical activity, Guest Service Experts are required to handle tasks that include reading menus and verifying information to assist guests appropriately. The role calls for the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance. Flexibility in movement—bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, and stooping—is also necessary to perform duties efficiently.
