Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and carrying boxes
  • Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical dexterity including eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail or customer service experience advantageous but not required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and associates

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum availability of 16 hours per week with at least 8 hours per day during available days
  • Genuine interest in providing excellent customer service and engaging with guests
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail to accurately manage register transactions and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to operate necessary equipment and services within the store
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently process transactions and maintain cash and media at the service counter
  • Manage cashier tills distribution and support additional services such as DMV, lottery, and ticket sales
  • Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and offers while recording inquiry details and escalating unresolved issues
  • Ensure all quality standards are met including quantity expectations at designated times
  • Partner with cashiers throughout the day to meet associate and guest needs
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance and collaborate with the team to perform other assigned duties
