Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Strong communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and can-do spirit

- Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
- Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards
Job Duties
- Serve as the happy, helpful face of the hotel to guests entering and departing
- Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for team members and guests
- Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Perform front desk related functions including check-in and check-out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues
- Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation, set-up, guest service as a host or bartender, and clean-up
- Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a plus one service attitude
- Perform night audit responsibilities including completing daily financial reports, balancing and reconciling guest accounts, verifying and posting room and tax charges, handling overnight check-ins/outs, and ensuring system accuracy for the next business day
