The Front Desk Agent is also involved with various operational responsibilities such as cash handling, maintaining guest records, and resolving guest concerns promptly.

Beyond guest relations, this role supports food and beverage operations during breakfast and the evening Kickback service by assisting in food preparation, set-up, guest service as a host or bartender, and clean-up. A key function includes night audit responsibilities, ensuring financial accuracy by balancing daily accounts, verifying charges, completing financial reports, and preparing the hotel systems for the next business day. This role demands a balance of customer service expertise and administrative acumen.

The hiring team at Drury Hotels places strong emphasis on an enthusiastic, positive attitude and organizational skills. Candidates must have a warm and friendly demeanor with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position requires handling money accurately and utilizing various office machines. Communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions in English.

Employees at Drury Hotels can expect a supportive work environment with opportunities for career advancement through mentorship, cross-training, and management training programs. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-matched 401(k), employee incentives, and generous paid time off. The hotel also offers flexible scheduling and team member discounts, including free room nights.
