Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
- Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Serve as the happy, helpful face of the hotel to guests entering and departing the front door
- Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for team members and guests
- Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Perform front desk functions including check-in/out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues
- Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation, set-up, guest service, and clean-up
- Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Perform night audit responsibilities including daily financial reports, balancing guest accounts, verifying and posting charges, handling overnight check-ins/outs, and preparing systems for the next business day
