Known for its dedication to excellence and sustainability, HHM Hotels prides itself on creating welcoming environments where guests feel valued and cared for. The company emphasizes a culture of continuous growth, professional development, and employee well-being, making it a preferred employer in the hospitality industry. With a strong focus on brand standards and green initiatives, HHM Hotels ensures that each property maintains high-quality service while minimizing environmental impact.
The Front Desk Agent position at HHM Hotels plays a critical role as the first point of contact for guests, embodying the company’s values of friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness. This role requires greeting guests promptly, registering their stay, managing room assignments, and processing payments efficiently and accurately. The Front Desk Agent also handles guest inquiries and requests, ensures secure handling of guests’ valuables, and resolves any concerns or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach. As part of HHM Hotels' commitment to staff growth, this position offers clear advancement paths to Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, and ultimately Front Office Manager or Sales Manager.
In addition to customer service tasks, the Front Desk Agent supports operational excellence by maintaining accurate records, conducting audits, and adhering to safety standards including MSDS and OSHA protocols. The position occasionally assists in other hotel areas during busy periods, such as the breakfast service or guest luggage assistance, reflecting the company’s team-oriented work culture. By focusing on guest satisfaction and efficient service delivery, the Front Desk Agent contributes significantly to the hotel's reputation and success.
Joining HHM Hotels as a Front Desk Agent means becoming part of a dynamic and supportive team that values integrity, agility, and ownership. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with diverse clientele, tackling challenges with professionalism, and pursuing career advancement in the hospitality sector. HHM Hotels offers a competitive compensation package for both full-time and part-time employees, including comprehensive health benefits, a 401k company match, and other unique perks designed to support the whole employee. Work schedules may require flexibility with weekend, holiday, and shift work, reflecting the continuous nature of the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate for the Front Desk Agent role will have a high school diploma or equivalent and some experience in customer service, with a preference for familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS). A friendly disposition, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending are essential to meet the demands of this position. At HHM Hotels, people are viewed as the core capability; employees are encouraged to serve with heart, aim for only excellence, remain adaptable, and take full ownership of their roles.
