The Front Desk Agent position at Drury Hotels offers an hourly starting pay of $17, with additional quarterly bonus opportunities up to $3,200 annually, separate from the base salary. This role is pivotal as the welcoming face of the hotel, entrusted with ensuring guests have memorable and positive experiences from their arrival to departure. The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including assisting guests courteously, managing front desk operations such as guest check-ins and check-outs, handling cash, maintaining accurate guest records, and monitoring guest satisfaction. The agent will also support meal services during breakfast and the evening Kickback event, which may include food preparation, guest hosting or bartending duties, and cleanup.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to handle cash and operate front desk office equipment
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
- Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English
- Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
Job Duties
- Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Perform front desk related functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution
- Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service including food preparation, set up, guest service (host or bartender), and clean-up
- Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
