Job Description
HHM Hotels is a recognized and respected hospitality company known for delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand and sustainability standards. As a hotel chain committed to quality service and environmental responsibility, HHM Hotels partners with its teams to create welcoming and memorable stays for travelers. The company values continuous growth and strives to maintain a culture where people are considered the company’s greatest capability. With its dedication to excellence, agility, and owning commitments, HHM Hotels plays a pivotal role in setting industry standards in hospitality management.
The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role at HHM Hotels, serving as the first point of contact for guests and setting the tone for their entire stay. This role involves greeting, registering, and servicing guests in a friendly and courteous manner, reflecting the brand's core value of hearts that serve. Front Desk Agents are entrusted with responsibilities that range from managing reservations and room assignments to handling payment processing and guest inquiries using the Property Management System (PMS). They are key in ensuring smooth communication flow via phone and digital messaging systems and must respond promptly to guest requests. There is an emphasis on guest satisfaction scores, with the goal of consistently improving both departmental and overall guest experience ratings.
Additionally, the role demands a strong commitment to safety protocols, including adherence to MSDS and OSHA standards. Agents may also provide on-demand assistance in other hotel areas, such as breakfast service or luggage help during peak periods, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility. The successful candidate will receive valuable on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within HHM Hotels, such as progressing to Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, or eventually Front Office Manager or Sales Manager. This dynamic position offers an engaging, customer-focused work environment where the efforts of each individual contribute directly to the company’s reputation for excellence and guest loyalty.
