Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum one year of cleaning experience preferably in hotel environment
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong communication skills
knowledge of safety and housekeeping procedures
ability to handle guest complaints professionally
physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security of guest rooms

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year cleaning experience
previous hotel experience preferred
ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests management and co-workers
knowledge of proper chemical handling
bilingual English/Spanish a plus
knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele

Job Duties

Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varied shifts
handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments
observe all house and safety rules housekeeping room procedures and security procedures
clean and service assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards
return and restock cart at end of shift
complete additional deep cleaning seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled
perform other duties as assigned
