Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front office
  • Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Effective multitasking and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
