Job Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- able to reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- able to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 10 pounds without assistance
- position may require background and drug screening
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Communicates with preview tour customer via telephone before their scheduled arrival and tour date
- offer concierge-style services to guests on promotional vacation packages
- provide detailed information about property amenities
- engage customers in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions or offerings
- identify special customer needs and arrange to have those needs fulfilled upon arrival
- address customers' service needs professionally, positively, and timely
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- follow company policies and safety procedures
- enjoy talking with guests by phone or in person with excellent written and verbal communication skills
