Job Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 10 lbs without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening per company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues

Job Duties

  • Communicates with preview tour customers via telephone before their scheduled arrival and tour date
  • Offers concierge-style services to guests staying on promotional vacation packages
  • Provides detailed information about property amenities
  • Engages customers in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions
  • Identifies special customer needs and arranges for fulfillment upon customer arrival
  • Addresses customers' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
  • Welcomes and greets guests, anticipating and addressing their needs
