The role of a Guest Reception Representative at Hilton Grand Vacations is integral to creating a welcoming and positive first impression for all visitors. This position involves greeting guests warmly and professionally both in person and over the phone, ensuring each guest’s experience starts on a high note. The Guest Reception Representative is responsible for verifying guests’ eligibility for presentations according to company standards, maintaining organized and efficient check-in procedures, and supporting seamless communication between Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams. This role requires adherence to established policies as outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual SOP, ensuring consistency and quality in guest handling processes. Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, whether in person or over the phone
- Ensure that all guests meet the qualifications for their presentation, adhering to HGV standards
- Follow processes outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual SOP
- Maintain positive working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams
- Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms, assisting guests with any inquiries
- Accurately assign guests to Sales Representatives in the order of their arrival
- Ensure timely updates of guest information in Concierge
- Answer all incoming calls, conduct research on customer issues, and advance to a manager/supervisor when necessary
