This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, which is separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee owns the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a distinct and separate employer. Employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees are exclusively handled by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not influence these decisions, nor does it receive copies of employment applications or participate in hiring processes.

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering

  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism
  • Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
