The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products to run the restaurant. However, they operate as a completely independent company and employer, meaning McDonald's USA has no direct involvement in the hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, or scheduling processes of the restaurant. Employment decisions, hiring procedures, and employee management fall solely under the control and responsibility of the franchisee. Applicants should understand that their employment application is submitted directly to the franchisee and will not be shared with McDonald’s USA. This job opportunity is for the position of Guest Experience Leader within the franchisee-operated McDonald's restaurant. The Guest Experience Leader role is designed for individuals seeking a part-time job that balances well with other commitments, such as educational pursuits or additional ambitions. The position offers flexible scheduling options, allowing team members to select working hours that fit their lifestyle between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on workdays. As a Guest Experience Leader, you will be the face of the restaurant to guests, creating positive and memorable interactions every day. Responsibilities include greeting and communicating effectively with guests during the ordering process, assisting customers in using self-service ordering kiosks, and offering help to those requiring additional assistance. The role also involves checking in with guests after they receive their meals to ensure complete satisfaction, making sure children receive kid treats, and handling any customer concerns with patience and professionalism. You will serve as a key communicator between guests and the restaurant team, providing feedback and recommendations to improve service quality and guest experience continuously.
