Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, licensed to use the iconic McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate company from McDonald's USA and solely manages all employment matters relating to the restaurant. This separation means that the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, is responsible for hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. Therefore, when hired, you will be employed by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA. Any applications or employment decisions related to this position are handled exclusively by the franchisee.

The restaurant itself is part of one of the most globally recognized fast-food brands, known for delivering quick service and popular menu items in a family-friendly and vibrant atmosphere. Working here not only means being part of a well-established fast-food business but also engaging with a dynamic team that values energy, learning, and excellent customer service.

The role being offered is that of a Guest Experience Leader. This is a part-time position designed to fit your lifestyle while supporting your ambitions and personal growth. Whether you are a student pursuing your education or someone looking for flexible work hours, this role provides a welcoming and supportive environment. Guest Experience Leaders are the face of the restaurant; they create memorable moments for customers and ensure each guest’s experience is positive and fulfilling.

As a Guest Experience Leader, you will have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., allowing you to balance work with school or other commitments. This role involves greeting guests warmly, assisting them with ordering using kiosks, and providing extra help when needed. You will check in with customers after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction and offer additional assistance as needed. Additionally, you will ensure that children receive kid treats and address any concerns customers may have promptly and professionally.

Moreover, this role is not just about customer interaction; it's also about teamwork. You will be expected to collaborate effectively with your colleagues by sharing valuable feedback and recommendations to improve the overall guest experience continuously. The fast-paced nature of the restaurant will challenge you, but with the right attitude and willingness to learn, success is within your reach.

Employment in this role offers competitive pay, tremendous benefits, and a robust learning environment that supports career growth. The company provides programs such as college tuition assistance, high school completion programs, and English language courses to help employees build valuable skills and advance within the organization. The culture is inclusive and energetic, focused on making the workplace a fantastic place to grow personally and professionally. If you are enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to contribute positively to a fast-paced team, this position could be your perfect fit.

This is truly a job that works for individuals who want to go places, those who value having fun at work, and those who appreciate being challenged in an environment that respects their unique schedules and ambitions. The Guest Experience Leader role is America’s best first job, offering the chance to start building your future immediately. You’ll find a supportive community eager to help you succeed and employees who say YES to delivering excellent service and creating joyful experiences for all guests. Join the team and make your move towards a rewarding career that fits your life.
