Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong verbal communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally

Job Duties

Warmly greet each guest and facilitate a welcoming atmosphere
Escort guests to their tables in a friendly manner
Address guest concerns efficiently and communicate them to management when necessary
Handle competing demands with composure and professionalism
Acknowledge and thank guests as they leave
Answer phone calls promptly using proper etiquette within two rings
Manage and organize reservations, ensuring priority accommodations for guests
Efficiently handle the waitlist to minimize guest wait times
Prepare seating assignments before service to optimize efficiency
Assist team members and collaborate for a seamless operation
Maintain a clean, organized front area in accordance with company standards
Complete necessary opening and closing shift duties
