They provide expertly managed, finely tailored programs for a diverse range of clients, including businesses, independent schools, higher education institutions, senior living facilities, and hospitals nationwide. The company is recognized for its commitment to putting people first, which results in a dedication to responsive, transparent, and authentic service known as the NEXDINE Experience. This approach fosters partnerships built on trust and outstanding experiences for all stakeholders involved.

NEXDINE Hospitality, with its family of brands, is seeking to hire a Guest Experience Ambassador to join their team in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time, hourly position with weekly pay via direct deposit at a rate of $13.50 per hour. The role is scheduled from 6 am to 2:30 pm, offering a stable work schedule and opportunities to contribute to the positive experience of residents, colleagues, and guests.

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in delivering a best-in-class dining experience. This client-facing position emphasizes hospitality, attentiveness, and the ability to engage with guests about menu details, including the preparation and ingredients of food and beverages. The ambassador acts as a representative of NEXDINE Hospitality’s commitment to superior service by cascading a spirit of hospitality in every interaction.

The position involves both front-of-house customer service and support duties such as setting up and breaking down meal periods, stocking necessary supplies, cleaning service areas, and potentially assisting culinary staff with various tasks. You will be working in a kitchen environment that involves exposure to standard kitchen equipment like ovens, stoves, dishwashers, mixers, and coffee machines, as well as environmental factors including heat, steam, fire, and noise.

The role demands considerable physical activity, including standing for extended periods, lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements necessary for fulfilling the job duties efficiently. Manual dexterity, good auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow both written and oral instructions are essential to success in this role.

NEXDINE Hospitality offers a generous compensation and benefits package for the Guest Experience Ambassador, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off including vacation, holidays, and sick leave, an employee assistance program (EAP), and opportunities for career growth. Additional employee perks and rewards help to create a positive and supportive work environment.

This is an ideal role for individuals with previous experience in food service and customer service who are passionate about creating welcoming and enjoyable dining experiences. The opportunity to join a respected company that values its employees and invests in their growth and well-being adds to the appeal of this position.
