The position of Guest Environment Expert at Renaissance Hotels is more than delivering clean rooms and freshly made beds; it is about crafting an exceptional and unique guest experience from every corner of the hotel environment. Guest Environment Experts are skilled professionals responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including public spaces and guest rooms. Their role involves performing a variety of housekeeping functions such as cleaning, stocking carts, responding to guest requests, and ensuring that every space reflects the high standards expected throughout the property.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- capability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- willingness to follow company rules and safety guidelines
- previous housekeeping experience preferred
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
