Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year customer service experience
- ability to perform physical tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs
- effective communication skills
- proficiency in computer use
- availability to work flexible hours
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service
- hotel operations experience preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily front office operations including reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins
- review and approve front office paperwork and reports
- ensure guest needs are met and conduct tours for potential guests
- fulfill special guest requests such as linen exchanges
- complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- maintain clean and organized laundry area
- perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas
- assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
- follow property emergency procedures and ensure security of guests and property
- perform other duties as assigned
