Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 44 pounds occasionally
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of the shift
- ability to tolerate varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- must comply with all safety policies and best practices

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and promote current promos, store activities and events
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- thank guests and promote Target loyalty programs with assistance in application or sign-up
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately while maintaining food safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize wait times while maintaining service and accuracy
- assist guests with Target app features including wallet, order pick-up, and Drive Up
- attempt every return and partner with leaders to solve issues following company policies
- maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours while being available for guests
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely following all safety policies and report hazards
