This approach has cultivated a loyal customer base and a motivated workforce, driving rapid expansion across the country. Raising Cane's places a significant emphasis on each team member's contribution to its ongoing success and values a positive customer and employee experience.

The role of a Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's is a pivotal position that supports the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $23.25 to $24.00 per hour, in addition to eligibility for a monthly incentive program. Managers play a frontline leadership role in ensuring that Raising Cane’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met throughout every shift. The restaurant manager is responsible for managing all operational aspects during their shift, which includes overseeing crew members, managing cash handling processes, maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness and safety, and upholding the company’s policies and culture.

Working at Raising Cane's requires adaptability and physical stamina, as the role involves extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending within a fast-paced kitchen environment. The manager must be comfortable interacting with customers, handling food products and allergens, and using commercial equipment safely. The position also demands compliance with safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment when necessary.

Restaurant Managers are entrusted with critical leadership duties such as opening and closing the restaurant, directing daily shift management meetings, and ensuring all operational and safety standards are upheld. They use various operational tools and documentation to monitor performance and implement corrective actions when required. Additionally, they engage in motivating the crew through recognition programs and approving employee requests, such as discounts or timeclock overrides.

The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple shifting priorities effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with technology systems like Microsoft Office are essential. Experience in staffing, scheduling, people management, and cost control is required to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for training or work-related events is expected.

Raising Cane's also offers an impressive benefits package for full-time restaurant managers. This includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits, dependent care and healthcare flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, as well as hospital indemnity and critical illness coverage. Financial wellness support is provided through access to advisors and a 401(k) plan with an employer match. Other perks include tuition reimbursement, gym memberships, employee assistance programs, pet insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and employee discounts. Moreover, a casual work attire policy and early closure for company events contribute to a positive work-life balance.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the restaurant industry and leadership development to join a company that prioritizes a lively culture, competitive compensation, and the growth of its team members.
