Raising Cane's offers competitive compensation starting at $68,000 annually, with an added monthly training incentive of $1,500. This pay varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, monthly incentives post-training reflect restaurant profitability, providing managers with the opportunity to share in the success of the individual units they help lead. The role of Growth Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's is a pivotal leadership position focused on providing strategic direction and support for new restaurant openings (NROs). Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people and financial management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and travel as needed
  • Experience with new restaurant openings preferred
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Able to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to meet Raising Cane’s Restaurant Leader selection criteria

Job Duties

  • Leads new restaurant opening strategy and oversees daily restaurant operations and policy enforcement
  • Develops the growth team and ensures all performance standards are met
  • Supports staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Utilizes reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
  • Conducts audits of all operational facets and provides feedback to support strategy development and execution
  • Executes shift management adhering to Raising Cane's operational and safety standards
  • Performs restaurant performance observation walks and implements corrective actions as needed
