We are currently seeking a passionate, driven Sales Manager to join The Highland Dallas team. This full-time position is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry, ready to elevate their career by taking on a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will play a key role in generating sales leads, developing effective sales strategies, and consistently exceeding performance targets. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Proven success in sales, especially in hospitality
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Results-focused with a drive to exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Experience with CRM and sales analytics software

Job Duties
