The company’s vision is deeply rooted in enriching people's lives by delivering memorable experiences, actively giving back to the communities it serves, and honoring spiritual values in all its operations. This approach underscores their commitment to sustainable growth and principled entrepreneurship, creating an environment where integrity, compliance, customer focus, humility, and respect are not just buzzwords but guiding principles that shape day-to-day operations. Pacific Hospitality Group’s culture thrives on these values, ensuring that every team member operates in a space where knowledge, change, and fulfillment are embraced, fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace.
The role available within Pacific Hospitality Group is centered around managing group room reservations and coordinating the logistics tied to room block inventory, making it critical to the seamless operation of the group booking process. This position involves close interaction with departments such as Sales, Events, Front Office, and Revenue, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of group booking details and maintaining the high standards the company holds. The person in this role will be responsible for monitoring room pickup, reservations, and any changes within group blocks, requiring a detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational abilities. Additionally, the role entails direct communication with group organizers and guests to manage accommodations and special requests, providing outstanding customer service aligned with the company’s vision of enriching lives through memorable experiences. A proactive approach to promoting hotel services and identifying upselling opportunities is also vital, supporting revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
