We are currently seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in the general upkeep and aesthetic maintenance of the property grounds and common areas. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for keeping the outdoor environments clean, safe, and visually pleasing by performing tasks such as picking up trash, performing minor repairs, and ensuring all areas are well maintained. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have an eye for detail, as maintaining the property’s curb appeal is essential to our community’s reputation and resident satisfaction.

This is an hourly non-exempt position paying $18.00 per hour with monthly renewal bonuses payable in addition to the base pay. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, and able to follow both written and verbal instructions. Weekend availability is a must, and the work schedule includes Saturday through Tuesday, and Thursday, with specific hours varying throughout the week. Successful candidates will be part of an energetic, collaborative work environment with opportunities to learn valuable maintenance and repair skills relevant to the apartment industry.
