Groundskeeper (Porter)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team on an hourly non-exempt basis. This position plays a critical role in the general upkeep and maintenance of the property grounds and common areas, helping to ensure that the environment remains inviting and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors and possess the ability to take direction, pay close attention to detail, and contribute positively to our community atmosphere. As a member of our maintenance staff, the Groundskeeper will perform various tasks such as walking the property to pick up trash and debris, performing minor repairs and maintenance duties, and supporting other team functions as assigned by the management staff.

The work schedule is Monday through Sunday, with varying hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
